Can't get into router settings
Hi
Using a C6300 / AC1750 (version 1..... I guess)
Using 192.168.0.1 or http:/routerlogin.net...I can't get into the unit
Netgear Genie lets me in but it sees stuff on the network (like another computer) that is not even plugged in.
Sometimes it makes me rest the password and asks me for 2 security questions then it just goes away...still not able to login other than with Genie
Tried resetting the modem.
Was using Chrome so tried Explorer...same thing
Whats going on with this ?

First of all, we do apologize for the inconvenience of not getting back to you immediately due to the backlog in the system. Were you able to login to the modem's user interface? Have you tried 192.168.100.1?
