cant log in to my router C6300
ok so i bought a netgear modem router combo off ebay seller listed it as new in box seller said they bought the modem but realized it wasnt what they needed for the isp service they had so they tosse...
isp was able to activate it i just cant access the router to change the settings no i didnt not reset the router
Try the factory reset.
didnt works still cant log in
It just gives you a blank page?
What are all the led's on it doing?Are you able to ping the router?
Have you tried a different pc/browser?
keds are all lit i can access the internet how do i ping it?
So if the led's are all lit and you're able to use the internet, that implies its not bad.
Try using a different web browser and/or pc to access it.
Try using the 192.168.100.1 address.
