If you truly forgot the password, then you can reset the router to factory settings. Push and hold in the physical reset button for about 8 to 10 seconds until all of the lights flash on and off. Then proceed to set it up as if it were brand new.

Hi,
thanks for your answer!
Unfortunately, i tried this and it did not work.
I even had another friend come over and try it again, but still it did nothing!
What can i do, is it a faulty button on my device?
If so, it is past the 30 day warranty period, so there would be no way to return it for a new one?
Thanks!

Hello zixa
It still may be under hardware warranty you will have to check by registering the device at our support page.

Hi,
i just went through all the steps and registered my product..........
But as i suspected, it did no good. :(
Then i had to login, then I tried to submit my support request for replacement, but at long last, only got redirected to phone "support", which they say is only "free" for the first 90 days of purchase!?!?!?
so, since i purchased my router modem on Nov 2, 2016, i can't even ask them for a replacement???
my product obviously came defective. If this is how they choose to operate, they won't stay in business too long...

Are you using wired connection or wireless connection trying to log in. Did you try to pin the router? Run this command and see the result.
'ipconfig /all' Right now is your router dead(not connecting to Internet)?
