Cant login to router via genie app on iphone and ipad

I am able to login to router via safari or my computer using chrome. I am unable to login using the genie app for ios. The error message received is  etgear router is not found or not supported. Also make sure the device is not connected to the guest network or ipv6 is not enabled. I have confirmed all of this. Pls help! Thank you

    Have you tried to reinstall the genie app?

      Yes i have - twice. It worked on my husband's iphone first time loaded.

        I have had this problem for years.  They finally fixed it, but the problem is back again.  Please fix this and stop asking us to re-install the App.  It is with IOS and Android.
