Cant login to router via genie app on iphone and ipad

I am able to login to router via safari or my computer using chrome. I am unable to login using the genie app for ios. The error message received is  etgear router is not found or not supported. Also...

I have had this problem for years.  They finally fixed it, but the problem is back again.  Please fix this and stop asking us to re-install the App.  It is with IOS and Android.

I have downloaded the net genie ios app but not able to login, although providing correct router password and router IP address. Please help. Thanks!

      Why has Negear not fixed this app yet?  I still cannot log in to the iphone app at all.  I have the iphone 6 and the latest IOS.
