Can't Update New Firmware
Running Windows 10 Pro, Netgear Firmware v.2.01.18, Hardware v.3.0 . The email instructions state to select ADVANCED > Administration, click the Firmware Update or Router Update button, click the Check button, and follow the prompts. Under ADVANCED > Administration, there are no Firmware Update or Router Update buttons.

Cable TV ISPs generally want to control the firmware on cable modems
which are connected to their networks, so you may not be able to update
the firmware on your cable (TV) modem. The ISP can do it.
