CAX 80 This year I switched to Intermountain Cable

When you changed to a new ISP, did your new ISP provision your CAX80 for their system?
Sounds like the unspecified issue is between you and your new ISP.
- The issue is: The CAX80 turns on, and the power and 1,2,3, and 4 icons light up for a few seconds. Then the power light only stays on. There is no way to connect to the modem/router; a computer nor phone will identify the network on wifi or Ethernet.
So in short, the only light on the router that stays turned on is the power light, and there is no way to connect to it.
I did call my ISP and get it setup with the MAC address. (I assume this is what you mean by provisioning.) It worked fine for a couple days, then the issue above started. Since it did work with the ISP for a period of time, I wouldn’t have thought it is on the ISP/user end.
Prior to even being hooked up to the new ISP, other lights like the wifi icon lit up. Since the update, or whatever caused the issue, none of the other lights even attempt to turn on during reboot.

With the device powered on and the coax cable connected, use a pen tip or toothpick to press and hold the reset button until the front LEDs start to flash then release. Give your CAX80 ample time to complete the boot process and connect with your ISP. After the process is compete, your front LEDs should be illuminated as normal.
If the above reset process does not succeed, repeat with the coax cable disconnected and one exception. During the boot process when the power LED is blinking, reconnect the coax cable.
Is your CAX80 still under warranty?
You need to make certain there is a cable signal at the end of your coax that is coming from your new ISP.
