CAX30 - Cable connection status poor (Internet access=green, Downs Status=yellow, Upstatus=green)
Hardware version=V1.01, Firmware Version=V2.1.6.2, Cable Firmware Version=V1.04.1.0
I'm getting advertised speed and I wouldn't know that there is a problem except when logging into the router. There it reports that connection is poor and status "lights" are - Internet=green, Downstream=yellow & Upstream=green). If I reboot router/modem connection changes to good but WiFi is off. Turning on WiFi works but within minutes the connection returns to poor. Again, during all this time, reported speed is well above 900 Mbps. Comcast is not seeing any issues. This is starting to feel very similar to the occurrence following an update several months ago, except I was completely dead in the water and Comcast couldn't fix it.
