Cax30 all connections drop wifi/wired when laptop used to setup disconnected
I have an issue that i have never seen before and net gear stumped.
Completed firmware downgrade from v2 to v1.4.12.1. Couldnt set up through app,had to connect laptop via wired connection. Now. If i disconnect the remove the network cable from laptop plug into back of modem router. Modem router drops all wifi and wired connections. There are other network cables from modem router to switch and other hard wired connections. Am only then able to log back into router with wired connection on laptop.
Only idea on one of my old modem routers i had to mirror a mac address for internet connection to work, but i dont see that in this set up.
Anyone have any ideas?

What is the brand and model# of this laptop?
What is the brand and model# of the ethernet and wifi adapter within this laptop?
What brand and model devices do you have connected?
What is the brand and model# of the switch that's connected?
What CAT# LAN cable are you using? CAT6 is recommended.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update? A complete pull of the power adapters for a period of time after the factory reset then walk thru the setup wizard and setup from scratch with a wired PC and web browser. Recommend setting the default DHCP IP address pool range to the following after applying and a factory reset: 192.168.#.100 to 192.168.#.200.
