CAX30 dropping wifi connection to all devices
My CAX30 router randomly drops all wifi connections at once. They typically automatically restore within 5 minutes without having to interfere (i.e, restart,..). These drops happen seemingly random. ...

Update:
I switched out the +10db attenuator with +12db forward path attenutator, and have good power up- and downstream, 44 and 2 dBmV respectively, with no (un-)correcatables.
There haven't been any outages for almost a week, but I there was one critical event 4 days ago. I'll keep monitoring and contact the ISP if critical events won't stop

Found out several critical events in the log. Should I reach out to my ISP?

Yes. Any Criticals, Errors or Warnings seen in the event logs needs to be reviewed and resolved by the ISP. Indicates a signal issue on the ISP line up to the modem.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status page.

Here is the cable connection drop (attached)

I've attached the current logs after 1) updating FW to 2.2.2.2, 2) increasing attenuation from +6 to +10db, 3) changing coax cable and removing an elbow connector.
The last critical from late last night coincides when I switched out the hardware, and I may have left the power on...
So far no wifi drops and criticals (fingers crossed). Is the upstream power of 54dbmV too high?

Ok, Power Looks good now, even uplink.
Correctables and Un-Correctables are zeros which is good.
I see criciticals however that maybe due ot the modem coming on line and doing it's intial thing and you making changes to the coax line. Monitor this in the next day or two. Shouldn't see any Events accept for notices only. If so, your all good.
Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
