CAX30 firmware Firmware Version 2.1.3.10 DOWNLOAD NOT FOUND

It has probably been pulled due to the problems they are having. See numerous other threads and the red banner across the top of this page.
Sounds like this might be the case. The web page is unreliable, I see different stuff in mobile and in desktop. Some times the pop up is there other times not.
