CAX30 Firmware v. 2.2.1.12
A while ago Netgear recommended downgrading to v. 1.4.12.2 after the CAX 30 automatically updated to some version 2. Currently the modem is mostly stable but has to be rebooted sometimes several time...
I used the current version and it was stable but that was on xfinity.
I'd make a backup and try the new version. If you're having issues, post a screensnip of the cable connections page and event logs.
