I gave up on the CAX30 and returned the product that was 1 week old before the FW update issue. NG Tech support was little help blaiming it on internet provider. Sad I didn't even get a chance to see thei modem/routers potential.

    Just got a CAX30 in this past Monday to help test for issues. Working so far on v.2 FW. Waiting for NG to re-push v2.x FW and see what happens. 😉

    I'm on SparkLight ISP. Others are testing on XF as well.
