CAX30 Lan IP

I've updated the firmware to 2.2.2.2 for the new CAX30 first thing, before setup.  I've setup router & modems for about 20yrs, but I must be missing something in Advanced>Setup>LAN.  I change the LAN...

Tried the 172.x.x.x LAN IP.  This wouldn't save and the unit stays at the defaults IP.

    I was able to use 10.x.x.x and successfully changed the LAN IP. 😁

    I always like to change the default LAN IP on all devices.  It's just a Security-thing for me.

      Ok. At least we know 192 and 10 work. 

      Will see about 172. 172.16 to 172.31 should work. 

       

      I always use 192.168.0.1 for my needs here.
