Cax30 Last night it died.
Exactly same problem here. Last night it died. There is no way to interface with the modem. My guarantee expired 1 month and 1/2 ago. Really upsetting.

Try a factory reset on the CAX30 and setup using a wired PC and web browser:

I reset it more than 10 times.
I have no access to WIFI: I get the WIFI is not found. Lights are on though.
I cannot use ethernet. When I plug in the cable the port's light does not even turn on.
It is def. bricked!
And I am mad!
