CAX30 Nighthawk no longer broadcasting Wifi - Wifi buttons are on
This morning my internet was down. Netgear SSID was not visable on phone or laptop to choose connection. Cycled the router, no change. Hard reset, no change. It will not show to connect even through new setup. One year old, never had issue before. Xfinity could see modem and reset it remotely. Broadcasting issue, not connection. Any ideas?

While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge. If ypu want to check if other people have had problems with the CAX30, you might get more help, and find earlier questions and answers specific to your device, in the appropriate section for your hardware. Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware. Look at the label on the device for the model number.
Check for various troubleshooting tips.
You may have done this already. I can't tell from your message.
I mention it because Netgear stopped supplying printed manuals and CD versions some years ago and people sometimes miss the downloads. - blacdudeAspirantHave you found a fix to this issue. I have the exact same issue.
- DARREN1121AspirantNo, I have reviewed support pages and researched online. It's been a year since purchase so Netgear won't help. $400 for one year worth of service, not happy. Luckily I kept my old one as I work from home.
