Cax30 no internet service

Had the power turned off in my house for a while for an electrician to do some work. When it was turned back on I had no internet service. The numbers 1 thru 4 are lit on the modem, but nothing else. Any thoughts? I’ve rebooted several times.

    What is connected to the modem? 
    Both wifi and ethernet devices not getting any internet? 

    Are the WiFi radio LEDs and ethernet LEDs blinking any when connected? 

    Can you access the modems web page at 192.168.1.1 with a ethernet connected PC?
