CAX30 Port forwarding rules disappear as soon as I enter them

Which browser did you use to load the FW file? MS Edge or FF is recommended.

Chrome. However, the firmware took just fine and is running as intended, showing updated firmware and working just fine. The only issue I have here is setting the settings for port forwarding.

Could you do a manual re-load of the FW file to the CAX30 using MS-Edge or FF, then once the modem is back to ready, factory reset the modem and setup from scratch using this process:

Once you get it setup, clear out all browser caches, then try a PF configuration. Be sure to disable uPnP before setting up a PF configuration.
