CAX30 Purchased 11/05/22 shows 07/30/22 when registered, why?

I purchased my CAX30 at Costco on 11/05/2022 but when I registered it the date showed I purchased it on 07/30/22 and all the support options are expired already. Now as Netgear makes it almost impossible to contact them I am at a crossroads, do I return it and try my luck at another to see if it does the same when registered or do I hope Netgear will respond to this, or better yet purchase a Motorola.

    1. you'd need to go through support to get it changed. Maybe a mod can help olympos1625 

    2. It might be faster to just exchange it. Costco has a great exchange policy. It might have been a returned device in the first place which caused it to have the wrong registration date. 

    3. are you having issues with it? Your warranty should be based off the purchase date so You can always argue that if you're having issues.
