CAX30 Router Traffic Meter Checkboxes Not Staying Checked

Yeah, I just did a complete, from-scratch, reset of the modem router, as you've outlined. I tried to enable the setting again, and it's still doing it. In addition, I updated the firmware as well.
Does this also happen in a different browser and or a different PC as well?
I tried using Edge and Firefox but it hasn't worked. I also tried using a different Windows PC and also a Mac. Yet even then, the settings still stay checked.
And you did update FW as well?
Only other idea would be a 30-30-30 reset to see if this kicks out something.
Otherwise, I would reach out to NG support and ask for help and information in this. See if a RMA is an option for you.
