Cax30 shows offline cant connect to wifi

Have a cax30. Today it just randomly decided to kick me off all wifi connection and my ethernet connection. Factory reset. Can't set it up due to not being able ti connect to wifi. Anyone had this problem before? This is my second cax30. Returned the first one because it kept kicking me off wifi.

    Can you hardwire a pc/laptop into it and go through with the install that route?
