Why did the ISP shut down the internet service for the modem after they got it set up?
Ask the ISP about this. They are responsible for getting modems connected to there system and network.
- They shut down the internet because they pay for each MAC address. I only pay for 1. The router is putting out 3. This is what they told me. Since it’s my equipment, my problem.
