Why did the ISP shut down the internet service for the modem after they got it set up?
Ask the ISP about this. They are responsible for getting modems connected to there system and network.

They shut down the internet because they pay for each MAC address. I only pay for 1. The router is putting out 3. This is what they told me. Since it’s my equipment, my problem.

They should be only allow and associate 1 of the MAC addresses. Block the others. Not a NG problem.

I would let the ISP know that the modem is designed to have more than one MAC address and the isp should be able to just block the additional ones. Other ISPs support this modem and only allow 1 MAC address.
