i changed my router password but then it goes back to default password after a power off - power on cycle, or a power outgage. it should stay at whatever i chosed for password     not sure why it goes back to router default password   any  help would be great to resolve this issue

    What Firmware version is currently loaded?

     

    Did you set up the modem with the Nighthawk app or the modems web page with a PC and web browser?
