CAX30s not sending out SSID after hard reset
I've got a CAX30S router with XFinity as my provider. I did not have internet service because of the current issue, so I did a hard reset on the router. I can't get onto my router. It's not broadcasting any SSID. All the lights indicate everything is normal. Any ideas?

Please try the TFTP method and see if you can get the modem downgraded in FW to v1.4x:
