    Did you factory reset it before setting it up? 

    If not, start there. Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on.

Thank you for that suggestion.  I did hit the reset on the unit yesterday on two different occasions but I only held it for maybe 2 or 3 seconds.  I will try again.

      Glad it worked! You might mark it solved so others aren't still trying to fix it. 

      A backup is a good idea as well in case you have to reset it in the future.
