Cax80 Absolutely Refuses to remember the DNS information

I am Continuing to have the Problem with my modem/router not saving my dns information- Even after clicking Apply. Have they found a Fix, for this yet?? I don't want to use Cox servers because they are not trustworthy. So it's not optional it's required. Really know when they're going to fix this horrible problem. There was only 1 day that it saved the dns information for a few hours, now it saves it Intermittently, but by and large it forgets it Instantly. Please tell me when they are going to fix it or I will be Returning this $500 modem and not buying another netgear product.
