CAX80 bricked power light on/ no response to ping

Same thing as everyone else. Nothing works! The modem router powers on and that’s about it. Can’t do a rest, hard reset or connect via tftp mode because it won’t even go into that mode. When CAX80 is ...

When CAX80 is connected to my laptop, I run ipconfig and see that my laptop sees the Ethernet connection but CAX80 won’t response to pings (100% loss).
