CAX80 bricked power light on/ no response to ping

Front led that is lit up is the power one. Bright white no flash. And no I can’t access the default IP address of the CAX80.
Trust me I have read a lot of the post on here about the CAX80 situation that I am experiencing and obviously NG does not care to share on how to fix this hardware issue. This is not a user issue, this is a device issue.
