CAX80 doesn't connect to Comcast

We have a CAX 80 router, which had blazing speed before we left on vacation.  We had no problems.  When we returned, the router doesn't connect to anything. I tried connecting through the app but had...

Is it only the power light working? Nothing on the others?

Did you check with your isp to see if they can ping it or see it on their network? 

Are you able to log into it? (not using the app)

Did you try a factory reset?
