CAX80 Drops VPN connections

I am connected via WIFi. No other devices in the house drop connections. The VPN I use is Cisco IPSec with split-tunnel for Teams traffic and Microsoft updates. I have offloaded IpSec logs to the IT team but they didn't find anything outstanding.
We used to have an issue with Alexa Devices dropping but that seemed to be corrected with a Nighthawk firmware update.

I presume you connect to the 5 GHz Wi-Fi band. On your home Wi-Fi, do you have configured separate SSIDs for the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands?
Do you have a way to connect your work computer to your CAX80 via Ethernet cable? Might be worth a try for testing to eliminate the Wi-Fi connection as a problem.
I have tried on both the 2.4 and the 5GHz SSIDs, and yes, the SSIDs are unique. I can purchase a new long ethernet to test off WiFi, but no other device has issues. This seems to be some conflict with VPN and the router that I just can't pinpoint.
It seems that my Ping times to the VPN concentrator randomly spike and I am not sure if that is related to the drops but it surely doesn't help. VPNs are finicky. My old Nighthawk did not have the issue but I was due for an upgrade.
