Is there a setting within the CAX80 that needs to be turned on/off? Can someone please advise on how to resolve this?
If you are using a Windows laptop computer, you need to check to see if a Windows update has changed your Network Profile from Private to Public. It should be Private. Go to Settings -> Network & Internet -> Status -> Properties to verify.
On the hardware side on your computer, go to the device manager in the Control Panel to check to see if your wireless port or your Ethernet port are configured to power down as part of a power saving configuration.

I made the suggested changes, from Public to Private and ethernet/wifi wake. I will monitor to see if this resolves the issue. Stay tuned for an update.

Update: Nope. Changing the network profile to private did not solve the issue. Bandwidth goes 0kbs for about 30 secs and slowly regains connection. I have already reset the router several times and only changed the wifi name all other settings are the default. Anyone else have a suggestion?

Default settings means nothing to anyone. The various devices and various versions of firmware have many combinations of default values.
Good luck.

So what do you suggest I look at? Any specific information I should provide to help resolve this? I have 3 domain joined laptops, a Dell, a Lenovo and a Surface Book, all are lose internet only when connected to VPN (F5) on wireless or wired. My organizations IT agents have looked at it and they see nothing wrong our end nor has anyone else reported this issue or something similar. That's over 5000 employees. All of those devices have new images with latest updates/drivers. I have even whitelisted made exceptions of the IP addresses of each device in the router. Short of trying a different router, which I would have to buy, I am at a loss.
