CAX80 Drops VPN

I have the exact same issue. No other devices drop, only my VPN (SonicWAll NetExtender) with my work computer. My IT team says the network is unstable and when they ping a site, it will randomly drop. Additionally, when i try to access files or upload/download files from our network, it will always drop. I tried hard wiring and same issue. My old router/modem had zero issues. I now connect to my cell phones hot spot, then the VPN and no issues so its something with the CAX80. 

 

Has anyone solved this yet? Or can help?
