CAX80 My unit just died last night
My unit just died last night. Narrowly avoided a $100 service visit for the faulty customer owned modem. I wonder what is going on with these and what we can do to prevent it.. luckily I'm still under warranty but went and bought an Arris for backup since looks like I'm going to need it even if I get a new unit. Might try the 30 seconds reset, power down 30 seconds then power back up 30 seconds all with the rest switch depressed...
