CAX80 NIGHTHAWK AX6000 MODEM ROUTER, ROUTER/MODEM WORKING BUT CANNOT LOG IN TO THE ROUTER ?
I purchased the Nighthawk ax6000 modem/router and set it all up and its working well. I tried logging into the router but had a brain fart and entered the wrong password which kicked me over to the password reset. I answered the questions picked a new password and chose a couple more Q's & A's. It goes through and says my password has been changed and presents a log in link however the link does nothing I just keep going through that same procedure to no avail. Any help on this one folks ? would be much appreciated thanks I added a snip of the box that pops up but cannot continue through

Same thing happens with a different browser?
Be sure to clear all browser caches before entering the modems web page.
Be sure to clear out all saved browser password profiles for the modem as well.

yes, same thing whether its chrome or microsoft edge. After a quick google search I read about clearing out the history etc. which I did all that still doing the same thing

Lets Factoy reset and setup from scratch. Use MS Edge to setup the modem again.
Be sure to clear out all browser caches before starting the setup wizard:
