Cax80 Playstation Network not loading

Have ps5 pro hardwired to cax80 on xfinity gigabit. Have correct ports forwarded for ps5. Never had issues until month ago, now ps5 will not automatically sign into psn, nor load thumb nails. I have to run connection test to get things to work and even then thumb nails are hit or miss, I'll lose my friend list in middle of game sessions. I have tried manually setting the dns to both cloudflares and googles, no success. I had ps5 originally, then the issue began, I got a ps5 pro today but issue still persists. The only time it works correctly is right after restarting the router. I've factory reset and updated router already too. Any help?
