Cax80 Repeatedly will tell me Someone's logged-in and I cannot change any information

Cax80 modem-router Continuously says someone's logged-in, and it therefore Cannot change any of the Settings. I know that's not True. So, I click to take control. Click Yes. It will not let me. It keeps bugging-out. Keeps saying that someone's logged-in and won't Let me take control. It is a brand-new router from best buy. Finally, I looked at who this is that's been Logged-in, and it's Me!!!! It is saying that I cannot log in because (I) am logged-in!!! Well, no I'm not. So, I try and log out, and the Whole thing's just one big Vicious Circle

How to tell it that i AM NOT logged-in, so that I can log in?!? This thing seems to have a lot of Issues with RAM memory, huh? I noticed quite a few other people commenting having issues with it not saving passwords, etc..

Have you simply tried rebooting it?

disconnect the wired devices from it before rebooting. The reboot should disconnect any of the other devices
