CAX80 Router Unable to Save DNS Changes

Did a factory reset yesterday and it did not fix the issue.
Was Armor disabled after the reset?
What browser are you using? Try MS Edge or Firefox?
I have tried all the browsers, it makes no difference.

No Armor did not reset. I performed the reset by holding the reset button for 30 seconds per what tech support told me to do.
I think you need to get ahold of support again. Let them know that you can't disable armor for some reason. A reset should disable it fully. Until this is disabled, you can't change DNS settings...
Thank you, that is what my thought has been all along. Actually, it is not just DNS changes, I cannot make any admin changes, while Armor is enabled. If this is the case, there should be an easier way to disable Armor to make admin changes. Very frustrating to say the least.
