CAX80 Router Unable to Save DNS Changes

The security apps like Armor and Circle use there own DNS, thus they will disable the DNS features on the router when they are enabled.
That makes sense, actually. Too bad that Netgear Support does not have that knowledge. I have been messing with this for over a month and going back and forth with them. Thank you for your insight.
