Hi FURRYe38,
No, It does not appear in the Connected Devices section and no Ethernet wire as I have been using it in wireless mode for a while. The MAC address is not used by any other devices.
I thought by adding the device in the Access Control section it would also show up in connected devices (I realize now it doesn't work that way). The question is "How do I add it the Connected Devices section"?
Firmware Version V5.1.1.

Ok, something to try is connecting this devices to the back of the modem via ethernet to see if it appears in the connected devices list. Does it get internet services when ethernet connected?
Have you powered OFF the modem for 1 minute then back ON and check for it's connection?
Is Smart Connect enabled for wifi or disabled?
What Wi-Fi channels are you using on the modem for 2.4 and 5Ghz?

No, it does not appear in the connected list when connected via Ethernet cable and yes I tried a different cable.
Yes I have powered off the modem for 1 minute several times, still no connection.
Smart Connect is enabled.
I'm unsure of the question but use both 2.4 and 5Ghz.

If it's not being seen when ethernet connected, something maybe going on with that device if this is the only device having this issue.
You can disable Smart Connect temporarily and see if separate SSID names results in anything different.
I recommend you make contact with the Mfr of this device to get support and information regarding it.
