CAX80 shows low speed while Xfinity Speed Test and Google Home mesh show much higher

Puzzling test results while troubleshooting a housemate's issue.  My NetGear CAX80 shows speed MUCH lower (293 mbps) than my speedtest with xFinity (515 mbps on the iMac and 839 on the iPad) vs my Go...

Is this on the CAX80 web page for it's speed test? 

If so, maybe that the modem speed test page is use a speed test server site that differs from what is used on your PC or mobile devices. 

 

What FW version is loaded on the CAX80? 

 

Ya if it works don't fix it.
