CAX80 stop working
Hi,
I'm seeing same issue with this one: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Cable-Modems-Routers/Nighthawk-CAX80/m-p/2219370
it stops sending out wifi signal, and doesn't work with factory reset. cannot open the router main page even with a physical wire connect to it.
it's sending out a wifi called 'Broadcom' and I defiantly didn't create it. suspecting it's because it use Broadcom chip?
I tried to follow the solution in the above link but whenever I try to submit my case it says 'oops something is wrong on our end'. really need help on this.
Thanks!

Hi Wister,
Good day!
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
Thank you for reaching out. We are sorry to hear about your experience with the modem. The CAX80 is indeed using a Broadcom chipset on wifi but it should not be broadcasting that wireless name. May we know where did you purchase the modem? Please DM us the serial number. Please do not hesitate to let me know if you need further assistance.

Oliver
