I’m still having the issue which downloads as a rar file and not bin

Download the .zip file. unpack the .zip file. Then unpack the .rar file to reveal the .bin file. Do NOT attempt to unpack or open the .bin file. Just use the modems web page to send the .bin file to the modem using a wired PC and web browser.
