CAX80 Wifi settings wiped

This is still a problem with Firmware Version V2.1.5.2.  Whats going on and SUPPORT is useless.    I know have a POS sitting on my Network.  It reboots and opens up 2 wide open networks....

 

What's going on and I have not seen anything that's helpful

    Ho was the FW on the router side of the modem updated? Auto update or did you manually load FW? 

    Has a factory reset been performed and setup from scratch since last FW update? 

    Point Of Sale on your network?
