What are the front LEDs showing?

Held in reset for 10 seconds.
The lights on my PC are Power, Download, Upload, the globe, the 2.4G, the 5G, and the No. 4 representing the fourth Ethernet port. The lights are solid, except for the No. 4, which flickers for I presume activity.
