My cable provider just advised they’ve upgraded and want to make sure I don’t have to spend more $$$. Thanks in advance.
At the top of this page, click on DOWNLOADS, feed in your model number CAX80 and it will take you to a page where you can download pdf versions of the data sheet and user manual. The data sheet indicates the CAX80 has a built in DOCSIS 3.1 cable modem.

Tried logging into Modem webpage. The only thing it will let me do is reset the password. I reset the PW correctly and it takes me right back to the PW reset screen. I have a service call with Mediacom on Wednesday. I'm out of time/patience today. THANK YOU SO MUCH for taking time out of your day to try and help! Greatly appreciated!!!

Be sure to clear out all browser caches. Close the browser then re-open the browser then try again.
Try a different browser.
Walk thru the reset PW recovery option as well and see if this will get the PW reset and you logged in.
