CAX80

5G not working. Solid light on front of modem. I have unplugged, did a reset, and checked for a firmware update (I am up to date). The 2.4 is working fine

    Might try a factory reset with the coax line disconnected. When the LEDs start to turn back ON, unplug the power adapter from the wall out let for 1 minute then plug back in. Complete the setup wizard. Disable Smart Connect then see if any devices will connect to the 5Ghz radio

     

    Might try manually re-loading FW as well. 

     

    If nothing seems to get the 5Ghz radio working, you'll need to reach out to NG support to see what your options are.
