Clicking noise and power light is red. Unable to reset. How do I fix this?

Which ISP are you with?
Remove ISP coax cable from modem.
Power off the modem for 1 minute, then back on. Leave ISP cable disconnected.
Give 30 seconds then press the reset button in back for 10 seconds.
Does this change the power LED any?
If not, you'll need to contact NG support.
