Question

Clicking noise and power light is red. Unable to reset. How do I fix this?

Which ISP are you with?&nbsp;
&nbsp;
Remove ISP coax cable from modem.
Power off the modem for 1 minute, then back on. Leave ISP cable disconnected.&nbsp;
Give 30 seconds then press the reset button in back for 10 seconds.&nbsp;
Does this change the power LED any?&nbsp;
&nbsp;
If not, you'll need to contact NG support.
