The firmware on the product is v4.6.14.4
Please give feedback to the other questions...
Replaced cables
ISP checked and found nothing on their end
Reprovisioned the modem multiple times
No splitters or other peripherals on the line
Have restarted the modem multiple times as well, waited for over a min
May need a on site ISP tech visit.
We already had one come out as well.
