CBR750 with RBS750

I have a CBR750 cable modem/router with 1 RBS750 satellite. The satellite just disconnected out of the blue and i can't seem to get it reconnected. I've tried removing it, resetting it, resetting the...

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between CBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and 40 to 48 channel on 5Ghz.

Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router and satellites been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.

I’ll give all this a shot now that work is over. We both WFH so rebooting the router is a bit of a challenge during the day.

      UPDATE!

       

      1: Unplugged the CBR750

      2: Let it sit while i factory reset the RBS750

      3: Once i finally got the solid white light i hit the sync button and it connected and synced!

       

      All is well again!
